My Philosophy
I’m sure your mind is racing with all that needs to be planned. It’s all very exciting but it can also be somewhat overwhelming. You’re planning the day that you’ve been anticipating your whole life! Our goal as wedding photographers is to make this one aspect of the planning process simple.
Photography is more than just gorgeous romantic images, it’s a real part of your day. Not only do you deserve beautiful images, you also deserve an amazing photographic experience. When our couples feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera, that results in genuine, joyful images! When you look back I want you to remember exactly how you felt in that moment! These moments are priceless.
Your wedding day is an experience from beginning to end and your photography is a huge part of that experience shouldn’t it be fun? and enjoyable? and natural? I think so! My goal is to not only capture memories for my clients, it’s to create an experience that they will never forget. We are so excited for you and we cannot wait to get to know you as a couple and capture the most important day of your life!
One way I ensure that my brides and grooms enjoy the BEST photographic experience possible is through forming a relationship with my couples. I try my best to make sure that all of my couples are the PERFECT fit for us before officially booking. A bride and groom should connect with their photographer, trust their photographer and be EXCITED about the whole process with them!
After booking, I love getting to know my clients through an ENGAGEMENT SESSION that helps them warm up to the camera so that they are ready to rock and roll on the wedding day! By the time the wedding day arrives, my clients feel more like friends and that creates a safe and relaxed environment for photography!

Your first decision as an engaged couple is to set priorities for your wedding planning. You have to decide what you value most. Is it the dress? The food? The Venue? As a bride AND photographer, I believe that couples should make their photography a top priority. After the big day is over, you will leave your recep- tion with a spouse & your pictures.... that’s it! All of that planning and preparation is over in a matter of hours! So if you’re choosing to invest in high quality photography, those images deserve a classy, elegant home after the wedding. I offer high end, leather bound Legacy Albums for my wedding clients. The images are printed straight onto the pages and the covers are wrapped with top grain leather. This is the perfect ending to The Wedding Experience and it’s a keepsake that you will be showing your children and grandchildren one day!

Engagement Sessions
Are so much more than beautiful images for save the dates it is an opportunity to get to know each other and for you both to get comfortable in front of the camera! You are only engaged for a short time so you deserve to get this special point in your lives and relationship captured!
The engagement session is one of my favorite parts of our time together! Because it gives you both a chance to get in front our my cameras before the wedding day which is going to make your wedding experience smooth, seamless, and comfortable!
Before your engagement session we will discuss where you would like to have your session! If you have a location in mind we will give you our thoughts on it and if you don't we will talk about what you like most ie mountains vs botanical gardens and give you a location suggestion based on your preferences!
During your engagement session I will go over so many poses so that by the wedding day you are a pro! I also keep in mind the poses that looked the most natural for you as a couple! We always review your engagement session before the wedding to make sure that we are making the most of our time together on the big day and using the best poses for you both!
We average 75-100 images per hour that we’re shooting.We love delivering our client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want. We believe in freely sharing our work because that is what we would want if we were in your shoes!

Coverage
We are often asked if 8 hours is enough time to capture the full wedding story. It is often enough time for couples with shorter ceremonies getting ready at the same location, but we do feel that 9 hours is even better for that situation. I will go over your wedding day during our meeting and see if you will be needing more coverage. You can also add additional coverage as we get closer to the big day and we have a good idea of your timeline.

Our Shooting Style
We love being both interactive and discreet throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when we will need to be in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done while staying on schedule. There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that We're there. ( The ceremony, during dances and toasts, etc.)We teach our couples how to pose, model and interact during their engagement session so they are naturals on the wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from us!

How Do We Book?
Once I have answered any questions you may have and you have decided that our Wedding Experience is exactly what you’re looking for on your wedding day, the next step is a booking proposal. I will create an online proposal that will walk you through the package and when you’re ready you can save your date by signing your contract and paying your retainer online.

Whats Next?
After you sign the contract and pay the retainer through our online proposal YOU ARE BOOKED and the planning begins! About a week after you will be receiving our bridal guide in the mail, along with an online questionaire to see where and when we will be doing the engagement session! We will be in contact throughout the experience and available to answer any questions you may have during the planning process!
